environmental, emotional, or social factor. In simple words, it is the body’s reaction to any unpleasant event around it which strongly
affects. The body may react through a physical or an emotional reaction.
Anxiety is defined as a condition where the person’s inner turmoil makes him/her react in a nervous way on the outer
front. The person shows nervous reactions like pacing back and forth, repeating same actions again and again, and many more.
There are a variety of symptoms that appear if a person is suffering from stress and anxiety. These symptoms could be related to behaviour, emotional, or physical part of our being.
